1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rabaji website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by rabaji and is intended exclusively for adult users aged 21 years and above who are accessing the service voluntarily for entertainment purposes.

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise making use of any feature of the rabaji Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with rabaji and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and maintain a rabaji account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rabaji is strictly an adult-only platform. Players under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering or placing any real-money wager.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated scripts, bots, and proxy registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to keep your account details up to date at all times.
• You must hold a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control, as this number serves as your primary identity and communication channel.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, account suspension, or other restriction previously imposed by rabaji or related operators.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on the rabaji Platform. Opening duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances. 3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rabaji account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party.

rabaji will never ask you to share your password, OTP, or full payment details via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the rabaji Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method providers may apply their own limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes of request approval for b Kash and Nagad. Other methods may take up to 24 hours.
• rabaji reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within 72 hours may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to your account due to incorrect reference details may take up to 48 hours to be credited manually. Contact support with your transaction receipt if a deposit does not appear within 60 minutes.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

rabaji offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion.
• Each promotion carries its own wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap. These details are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms by reference.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.

• Bets placed on excluded games or below minimum odds do not contribute to bonus wagering requirements.
• rabaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already accepted it, wagering requirements at the point of cancellation remain applicable.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

rabaji is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from internationally audited providers. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to interact with or exploit the Platform, games, or live betting markets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, match results, or shared prize pools.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Placing bets in a systematic manner designed to exploit bonus terms, such as low-risk betting combinations that neutralise wagering requirements while minimising real risk.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or account verification.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating an agent or sub-agent business without prior written authorisation from rabaji.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and any pending winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rabaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

• rabaji does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, delay, or error. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, rabaji reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account balance.
• rabaji is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet connectivity, or device failures experienced by the player that affect their ability to access or use the Platform.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit rabaji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before commencing formal proceedings.
